Turbosan Caustic based alkaline foam detergent sanitiser designed for heavy-duty applications in the food, beverage and dairy industries
Turbosan is made from a mixture of caustic alkali, organic sequestrants and high foaming surfactants/wetting agents.
Turbosan is very effective for removing heavy and baked-on soiling including animal and vegetable fats, starch and proteins. It is recommended for daily cleaning of oil fryers, ovens and smoke chambers and also for the periodic cleaning of heavy soil accumulations from floors, conveyors and other heavy equipment. It is also suitable for use with a range of foam application equipment.
