This digital fridge or freezer alarm thermometer is designed to provide accurate, reliable temperature monitoring in professional food storage environments. The thermometer measures temperatures across a wide range from -24.9°C to 69.9°C, with a clear resolution of 0.1°C and an accuracy of ±1°C, making it suitable for both chilled and frozen storage applications. A large, easy-to-read LCD display allows for quick temperature checks at a glance.

Equipped with programmable high and low audible alarms, the unit alerts users immediately if temperatures move outside pre-set limits, helping to reduce the risk of spoilage, equipment failure, or non-compliance. The built-in max/min memory function records the highest and lowest temperatures reached, supporting routine checks and documentation.

The thermometer features two sensors: an external water-resistant probe with a one-metre PVC lead to accurately measure internal appliance temperatures, and an internal sensor to monitor ambient room temperature. The external probe can be securely mounted inside the fridge or freezer using the supplied suction pad or mounting bracket.

Housed in a durable ABS casing, the thermometer is designed for everyday commercial use and includes a practical foot-stand for stable shelf mounting.
